The Madagascan delegation for state governance and administration visited Lvliang City.

On July 12th, the Madagascan delegation for state governance and administration led by Teddy Gervais Seramila, Governor of the Sava Region (Madagascar), visited Lvliang City for an inspection and held a symposium with the People's Government of Lvliang City. Zhang Guangyong, Deputy Secretary of CPC Lvliang Municipal Committee and Mayor, and Ren Zhong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Lvliang Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, attended the meeting.

At the symposium, Zhang Guangyong, on behalf of the municipal government, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and briefly introduced the economic and social development of Lvliang. Teddy Gervais Seramila also briefly introduced the basic situation of Sava Region (Madagascar). Both sides expressed hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, share experiences in areas such as culture and tourism, promote mutual investment, facilitate personnel exchanges, and better benefit the people of both regions.

Both sides jointly signed a letter of intent for the establishment of friendly city relations between the two regions. The delegation also visited the history exhibition hall of Jiajiazhuang Village in Fenyang City, the Wenshui Plant of Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (Jinergy) in Wenshui County, and Shanxi Elephant Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group Co., Ltd. for inspections.
