City of Fans: Taiyuan

In recent years, Taiyuan has transformed from a "coal city" into "City of Fans" that has captured nationwide admiration — the hype is absolutely unstoppable! Since 2023, top-tier stars such as Jay Chou, JJ Lin, Mayday, Dao Lang, Xue Zhiqian, and Zhou Shen have made successive appearances. With 75 large-scale concerts lighting up the night sky, glow sticks forming a sea of stars, over 2 million fans have flocked to the city, driving nearly 8 billion yuan in consumer spending. In 2024, 32 concerts were held; in 2025, 27 concerts all sold out; and for 2026, Taiyuan is going even bigger with over 40 concerts — including six consecutive nights with Xue Zhiqian and a hotly anticipated performance by Li Ronghao. Every week, thousands of fans join the sing-along celebration.
