Shanxi Xinzhou | Xinzhou Ancient City

Xinzhou Ancient City was founded in the 20th year of Jianan Period in the Eastern Han Dynasty ( AD 215 ). It has a history of more than 1800 years. It is a famous historical and cultural city on the tea road between China and Russia. Known as the ' lock key of northern Shanxi ', which is the political and cultural center and commodity distribution center of northern Shanxi. Historical relics and cultural landscapes such as Xiurong Academy, Taishan Temple, Caishen Temple, and West City Wall Site Landscape have been preserved to this day.
