House of the Huangcheng Chancellor is located in the Huangcheng Village, Beiliu Town, Yangcheng County, Jincheng City. The total length of the inner and outer cities is 678 meters, and the total area of the whole site is 36,000 square meters. House of the Huangcheng Chancellor is the home of Chen Tingjing, the Wenyuange Academician and Minister of Personnel of the Qing Dynasty, who was once a teacher of the Emperor Kangxi and the editor-in-chief of the Dictionary Kangxi Zidian.
House of the Huangcheng Chancellor is composed of inner city, outer city, Ziyunqian and other parts. Known as the 'house of the first cultural giant in northern China' by experts, House of the Huangcheng Chancellor is a precious castle-style residential building in Ming and Qing dynasties.
