2024-2025 Winter Culture and Tourism Resources and Spring Festival Special Activities in Shanxi Province —— Winter Scenery Photography Edition

2024-2025冬季文旅资源和春节特色主题活动以“三晋迎春冬乐民俗”为主题，自2024年12月1日（农历十一月初一）至2025年2月13日（农历正月十六）组织民俗社火、冰雪度假、古建研学、温泉康养、冬景摄影等五个方面的260余项活动。

The winter culture and tourism resources and Spring Festival special activities for the 2024-2025 season will revolve around the theme “Celebrating Spring in Shanxi, Experiencing Winter Folk Customs.”From December 1st, 2024 (the first day of the eleventh lunar month), to February 13th, 2025 (the sixteenth day of the first lunar month), more than 260 activities will be organized across five categories: folk Shehuo, ice and snow vacations, ancient architecture research and study tours, hot spring wellness, and winter scenery photography.

太原蒙山景区以自然风光、人文魅力、古迹古建为创作题材，开展优秀摄影作品评选。忻州在宁武芦芽山举办冰洞、天池、悬空村冰雪摄影节。晋中昔阳县以冬季昔阳山水、昔阳市井与民俗生活为主题，开展冬景摄影展。阳泉小河村举办赏梅摄影大赛。运城永济、河津、平陆、芮城等地举办冬季摄影大赛。晋城太行山王莽岭举办冬季摄影评比颁奖大赛。临汾中镇霍山兴唐寺组织雾凇拍照摄影。冬季人少、景美，是拍摄古建、雪景出绝美大片的好时期，将更独享山西的宁静与壮阔，捕捉那些平日里难以遇见的绝美瞬间。

Xinzhou will host an Ice and Snow Photography Festival featuring attractions like ice caves, Tianchi Lake, and the Hanging Village in Luya Mountain, Ningwu. In Xiyang County, Jinzhong, a winter scenery photography exhibition will highlight themes such as winter landscapes, urban scenes, and folk customs.In Yangquan's Xiaohe Village, a plum blossom photography contest will be organized. Winter photography contests will also take place in Yongji, Hejin, Pinglu, and Ruicheng in Yuncheng. In Jincheng, the Wang Mang Ridge Scenic Spot of the Taihang Mountains will host a winter photography competition and award ceremony. Similarly, the Xingtang Temple on Huoshan Mountain in Zhongzhen Town, Linfen, will organize fog frost photography sessions.Winter offers a unique opportunity for capturing stunning images of ancient architectures and snowy landscapes. With fewer crowds and breathtaking scenery, visitors can enjoy the tranquility and grandeur of Shanxi. This serene atmosphere allows photographers to capture moments of extraordinary beauty, seldom seen on ordinary days.
