近期，随着我国“免签朋友圈”扩容，吸引了大批外国游客前来“打卡”“China Travel（中国旅行）”相关话题热度持续升高。以下是符合单方面免签国家人员来华注意事项。
Recently, with the expansion of China's “visa-free friend circle,” a large number of foreign tourists have been attracted, and discussions about “China Travel” have gained significant popularity. Below are the details for nationals of countries eligible for this visa-free entry.
1.单方面免签对入境次数、累计停留天数暂无限制，但不得从事与入境事由不符的活动。
Currently there is no restriction on the number of entries or total days of stay, but those who enjoy visa-free travel to China shall not engage in activities inconsistent with their purposes of entry.
2.边检机关依法对拟持用符合单方面免签国家普通护照入境人员的来华目的进行检查询问，结合工作需要，查看邀请函件、机票酒店订单等证明材料，或与境内联系人联络核实，确系来华经商、旅游观光等人员，经查验准许方可入境;对来华事由与免签政策规定事由不符或具有其他法定不准入境情形的外国人，边防检查机关将依法作出不准入境决定；来华工作、学习、定居、采访报道等人员不属于该免签范围，需办妥有效中国签证办理入境边防检查手续。
Border inspection authorities will inspect and inquire about the purpose of entry for nationals intending to enter China using ordinary passports from countries eligible for unilateral visa-free entry. Based on work requirements, they may review supporting documents such as invitation letters, air tickets, accommodation reservations, or contact the individual's contacts in China for verification. Only those confirmed to be visiting China for business, tourism, or sightseeing purposes will be allowed to enter after inspection and approval. Border inspection authorities will deny entry to foreign nationals who are traveling for purposes that do not meet the visa-free entry requirements or who are not permitted to enter under Chinese laws and regulations. Nationals coming to China for work, study, residence, or journalistic purposes are not covered by this visa-free policy and must obtain a valid Chinese visa for entry.
3.符合单方面免签国家人员需持有效普通护照来华，入境后所持护照遗失，如补办的证件不属于普通护照，需到公安机关出入境管理部门办妥停留证件，并在停留证件的停留期限内出境。
Foreign nationals from countries eligible for unilateral visa-free entry must enter China with a valid ordinary passport. If their passport is lost after entry and the replacement document is not an ordinary passport, they must obtain a stay permit from the exit and entry administration of public security authorities in China and leave the country within the validity period of the stay permit.
4.符合单方面免签国家人员需持有效普通护照来华，护照有效期须满足在华旅行需要。持海员证、旅行证等普通护照以外证件的外国人不适用免签政策来华。
Nationals from countries eligible for unilateral visa-free entry must enter China with an ordinary passport valid for at least the duration of their intended stay. Foreign nationals holding documents other than ordinary passports, such as seaman's books or travel documents, are not eligible for the visa-free entry policy.
5.外国人如拟在华停居留超过15日，应事先在中国驻外使领馆办理与来华事由相符的签证。如适用免签政策入境后因合理正当事由需继续在华停留的，应向公安机关出入境管理部门申请办理停居留证件。
Foreign nationals planning to stay in China for more than 15 days must apply for the appropriate visa in advance at Chinese embassies or consulates. If they need to stay longer than 15 days after entering China without a visa, they must apply for a stay permit with the exit and entry administrations of public security authorities in China.
6.符合单方面免签国家人员入境时，所持普通护照仍在有效期内的，边检机关正常查验放行；对于有效期不足15天的，当事人应于护照有效期内出境，或者及时向本国驻华使领馆申请换发新护照。
When nationals from countries eligible for unilateral visa-free entry enter China, and their ordinary passports are still valid, the border inspection authorities will conduct a normal inspection and allow entry. If the passport validity is less than 15 days, the individual must leave China before the passport expires or promptly apply to their embassy or consulate in China for a new passport.
7.符合条件的外国人适用免签政策来华无需事先向边检机关申报。
Foreign nationals eligible for a visa waiver are not required to declare to the border inspection authorities before entering China.
8.目前对于持外国护照和外国人永久居留证、外国电子护照及6个月以上外国人居留许可的外国人，可通过边检快捷通道通关。
Currently, foreign nationals holding foreign passports, permanent resident permits, electronic passports, or residence permits valid for more than six months can use the express channel for border inspection.
9.未成年人与成年人均适用免签政策，来华条件相同。
Both minors and adults are eligible for the visa-free policy, and the requirements for entering China are the same for both.
10.符合单方面免签国家人员来华适用所有对外国人开放的海陆空口岸（法律法规或双边安排另有规定的除外）。
Nationals eligible for a visa waiver are allowed to enter China through any sea, road and air port open to foreign nationals (except where laws, regulations and bilateral arrangements specify otherwise).
11.符合免签来华条件的外国人可从中国境外任何国家（地区）出发。
Eligible foreign nationals can depart for China from any country or region.
12.符合免签来华条件的外国人，无论是参加旅游团，还是个人旅游，都可适用免签政策入境。
The visa waiver applies to eligible foreign nationals either in tour groups or as individuals.
