Aiming at celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of China-France diplomatic relations and the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism, the Paris China Cultural Center, in collaboration with the China Cuisine Association, successfully hosted the "Chinese Cuisine Night" event on April 16th. Nineteen renowned chefs from cities such as Taiyuan and Beijing presented a culinary feast to guests from China and France.

Representatives from UNESCO, China and France attended the event. Among them, representatives from Shanxi were also invited to the evening party. 

Multiple renowned chefs from Shanxi prepared dishes for the attending guests at the Paris China Cultural Center. Each dish showcased unique creativity, exquisite plating, and delicious flavors, embodying the Chinese culinary philosophy of “integration of nature and human,” “openness and diversity,” and “balance and harmony are beauty.” This event deepened the understanding and awareness of Chinese culture among the French guests.
