In order to further practice the concept of foreign affairs serving both enterprises and the public, coordinate Shanxi's foreign affairs resources to serve the overall national diplomacy, and assist enterprises’ going-global strategy through diplomatic channels, the Service Center for the Foreign Ministry and Its Overseas Missions, along with the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shanxi Province, jointly organized the "Charming Shanxi·Choosing Shanxi — Shanxi Specialties Entering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" event at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After multiple rounds of selection for enterprises and products, based on the principles of enterprise reputation, product quality, and voluntary participation, a total of 68 enterprises with approximately 700 products were selected to participate. These products cover key Shanxi industry chains, industry-specific towns, listed companies, time-honored Chinese brands, Shanxi quality products, and intangible cultural heritage items. Shanxi is also the first province to hold a province-wide promotional event at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Shanxi Gucheng Dairy Group Co., Ltd

As the largest dairy product professional enterprise integrating dairy cattle breeding, processing, sales, research, and trade in Shanxi Province, the company is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization. Its leading products, the "Gucheng" series of milk powder and liquid milk, and dairy beverages, are renowned as a time-honored and trusted brand for 40 years. It was named the D20 Enterprise at the third China Dairy Industry Selection and a national excellent dairy processing enterprise in 2022.

Shanyin County Huimin Agricultural Professional Cooperative

It mainly processes more than ten characteristic agricultural products such as millet, oat flour, bean flour, buckwheat flour, yellow corn flour, various beans, and sesame oil. It has been awarded the titles of "China 3.15 Integrity Brand" and "China Famous Brand."

Shanxi Yulong Specialty Co., Ltd.

The company produces miscellaneous grain flour, dried noodles, and instant noodles, with products categorized into four series: convenient food series, noodle series, flour series, and wild vegetable series. 

Shanyin County Zhongfuyuan Handicrafts Cooperative

A professional cooperative mainly engaged in hand weaving, specializing in products such as ribbon embroidery, corn husk weaving, silk flower decorations, beaded strings, and Chinese knots, as well as traditional cultural products like bitter bean sachets. It has been honored as a provincial-level demonstration cooperative and a provincial-level demonstration base for bitter bean cultural industries.

Shanxi Xinyunsheng Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.

The company is structured around two main functional modules: innovation space and factory. Its workshops covering beverage, powder, oral liquid, honey, seabuckthorn raw material, and various general production modules. It has collaborated with institutions such as Shanxi Agricultural University, Shanxi Modern Functional Food Research Institute, and Shanxi Food Science and Technology Society to promote in-depth integration of production, education, and research.

Youyu County Tuyuan Industrial Co., Ltd.

The company mainly engaged in the processing, export, and sales of agricultural and sideline products, as well as the production and sales of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. Its products are exported to countries such as the United States, Germany, South Korea, Japan, and Australia. It has been rated as an "Excellent Enterprise in Shanxi Province," a "High-tech Enterprise in Shanxi Province," a "China Quality Integrity Enterprise," and a "National Poverty Alleviation Leading Enterprise." Its products have passedassessments and certifications such as the BRC Global Food Standard, the U.S. FDA Food Safety Certification, and Kosher Certification.

Huairen City Jintai Ceramics Co., Ltd.

Positioned as high-end daily-use bone china, it is the first enterprise in the country to adopt a production process with seven filters and five sieves, and the first to use oxygen-enriched combustion technology. It is a member of the National Daily-Use Ceramic Standards Committee and independently develops series products such as Yuyi, Shangpin, and Tianji, which are sold in more than 1,000 supermarkets nationwide.
