In order to further practice the concept of foreign affairs serving both enterprises and the public, coordinate Shanxi's foreign affairs resources to serve the overall national diplomacy, and assist enterprises’ going-global strategy through diplomatic channels, the Service Center for the Foreign Ministry and Its Overseas Missions, along with the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shanxi Province, jointly organized the "Charming Shanxi·Choosing Shanxi — Shanxi Specialties Entering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" event at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After multiple rounds of selection for enterprises and products, based on the principles of enterprise reputation, product quality, and voluntary participation, a total of 68 enterprises with approximately 700 products were selected to participate. These products cover key Shanxi industry chains, industry-specific towns, listed companies, time-honored Chinese brands, Shanxi quality products, and intangible cultural heritage items. Shanxi is also the first province to hold a province-wide promotional event at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Shanxi Rongzi Industrial Group Co., Ltd.

It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating high-quality wine grape planting, high-end wine production, agricultural ecological tourism, and wine culture tourism. Its main products are dry red, dry white, and rosé wines, divided into series such as Darongzi, Rongzi, Xiaorongzi, and Rongzi Fresh Wine. Its products are exported to countries and regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and Canada. It has obtained 18 patents, drafted and formulated two local standards, one national trade industry standard, and two technologies have reached or led the international advanced level. It has won more than 130 domestic and foreign honorary awards.

Relying on regional rich agricultural and sideline products such as "Daning Crisp Apple", it is committed to building a characteristic agricultural industry brand, implementing bottom-line procurement, standardized production, refined management, and market-oriented operation, and has become a high-end product for Daning County to enter the international market.

Xixian Guangxin Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.

An agricultural technology enterprise integrating fruit planting, storage, initial processing, refrigeration, and base services, it is the first standardized demonstration enterprise for pear and fruit exports in Xixian County, and its products are mainly sold to Canada, the United States, Australia, Europe, and other places.

Guxian County Gushu Food Co., Ltd.

Guxian County was awarded the title of "Hometown of Walnuts" by the State Council in 1958 and obtained national geographical indication certification for agricultural products in 2010, with a planting area of 230,000 mu (about 38,000 acres). The company has built four production lines for walnut oil, walnut powder, roasted walnut kernels, and imitation fresh walnut kernels, as well as honey products. It can process 6,000 tons of walnuts annually. The company has also taken the lead in establishing the walnut industry development association and establishing the "Walnut Alliance" to promote the development of the walnut industry chain in Linfeng City.

Shanxi Lvhexiang Food Co., Ltd.

It is a comprehensive food processing company that specializes in food research and development, production, wholesale, retail, and transportation. The company produces a range of products under the Lvhexiang Fu brand, including steamed bread, Spring Festival ceremonial bread, dough sculpture, grilled bread chips, and grilled flatbreads, among others. The company produces over 200 tons of steamed bread annually.
