During the 2025 “Digital Intelligence Empowers Shanxi” Digital Cultural Tourism Brand Innovation Carnival, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released 12 innovative digital cultural tourism cases. This article continues to introduce the last three representative digital cultural tourism projects, showcasing Shanxi’s active efforts in promoting the integration of culture and tourism with technological innovation.
天宫映像——玉皇庙彩塑壁画博物馆数字展
Heavenly Palace Imagery——Digital Exhibition of the Yuhuang Temple Colored Sculpture and Mural Museum
晋城博物馆策划的“天宫映像——玉皇庙彩塑壁画博物馆数字展”以玉皇庙丰富的彩塑与壁画资源为基础,运用VR虚拟现实技术打造沉浸式文化体验。该项目将玉皇殿的整体建筑、彩塑与壁画通过数字化方式还原,观众可通过VR设备“走进”虚拟殿堂,多角度欣赏文物细节,甚至与彩塑进行“互动”,深入了解其历史背景与文化内涵,实现了文物展示与传播方式的创新突破。
The “Heavenly Palace Imagery——Digital Exhibition of the Yuhuang Temple Colored Sculpture and Mural Museum,” curated by the Jincheng Museum, is based on the rich colored sculpture and mural resources of the Yuhuang Temple. It utilizes VR virtual reality technology to create an immersive cultural experience. The project digitally restores the overall architecture, colored sculptures, and murals of the Yuhuang Hall. Through VR devices, visitors can “step into” the virtual hall, appreciate the details of cultural relics from multiple angles, and even “interact” with the colored sculptures, gaining an in-depth understanding of their historical background and cultural significance. This represents an innovative breakthrough in the display and dissemination of cultural relics.

Digital Management and Smart Services of Mount Yun
云丘山景区通过“5G+智慧景区”建设,构建了四大核心平台:大数据分析平台整合多维度旅游数据,支持产业监测与决策;综合管理平台集成视频监控、停车、人流等系统,提升资源调度效率;可视化监测与应急管理平台实现全方位数据汇聚,助力日常管理与应急指挥;游客服务平台则通过小程序和手绘地图,提供景点介绍、扫码讲解、在线购票等一站式智慧服务,显著优化游客在“吃住行游购娱”各环节的体验,真正实现“一部手机游云丘”。
Through the construction of a “5G+Smart Scenic Area,” Mount Yun Scenic Area has established four core platforms: a big data analysis platform that integrates multi-dimensional tourism data to support industry monitoring and decision-making; an integrated management platform that combines video surveillance, parking, crowd management, and other systems to improve resource allocation efficiency; a visual monitoring and emergency management platform that enables comprehensive data aggregation to assist in daily management and emergency command; and a tourist service platform that provides one-stop smart services, including attraction introductions, scan-code explanations, and online ticket purchasing, via mini-programs and hand-drawn maps. These significantly enhance the tourist experience across all aspects of “dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment,” truly realizing “exploring Mount Yun with just a smartphone.”
