2026年恰逢斐济中国文化中心与斐济国家邮政联合发行生肖邮票十周年，现场举行马年生肖邮票发行仪式。邮票由山西传媒学院高鹏教授设计，融合山西西周玉马、斐济国鸟国花等元素，象征中斐文化共鸣。活动还举办了“你好·中国——中斐文化与旅游影像展”文旅影像展。
