The Hanging Temple, nestled precariously on a cliff face, particularly draws visitors. Viewed from a distance, over forty pavilions of varying sizes stand suspended in air, supported by rows of red wooden pillars and connected by winding plank pathways. They present themselves to the world with a unique posture. This unique temple, integrating Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, has weathered over 1500 years. It resembles an enormous, exquisite bas-relief carved into the cliff by master artisans, appearing even more perilous and extraordinary in the winter light.

In this season, freed from the bustling crowds, the ancient architectures seem liberated from noise and clamor, revealing their most authentic charm. As the faintly warm sunlight caresses the ancient bricks, stones, and bracketing, details often overlooked in busier times seem to awaken one by one, whispering tales of the passing years to those who listen.
