近年来，山西多次举办面食文化活动，吸引了众多游客参与。例如，2024年5月，太原市光明小学的学生们在山西面食博物馆研学活动中，亲手制作刀削面和猫耳朵，感受面食文化的深厚底蕴。2025年春节期间，山西会馆更是推出了“年俗面食体验”活动，游客不仅可以品尝地道的刀削面，还能参与猫耳朵的制作，体验浓浓的年味。

In recent years, Shanxi has hosted numerous noodle culture activities, attracting numerous tourists. For example, in May 2024, students from Guangming Primary School in Taiyuan participated in a study tour at the Shanxi Noodle Museum, where they made knife-shaved noodles and cat ear noodles themselves, experiencing the profound heritage of noodle culture. During the Spring Festival in 2025, the Shanxi Guild Hall launched the "Noodle Customs Experience" event, where tourists could not only taste authentic knife-shaved noodles but also participate in making cat ear noodles, experiencing the rich flavor of the Chinese New Year.
