主要工作内容

Responsibilities

佛光寺志愿项目主要包括世界文化遗产保护意识提升、身体力行的实地工作及遗产保护相关知识技能培训等方面。

The Foguang Temple Volunteer Project primarily focuses on:

世界文化遗产保护意识提升：

通过各类培训、一线工作参与及相关素材收集整理，全面提升志愿者对佛光寺等世界文化遗产保护的认知和意识，同时以志愿者为载体，宣传佛光寺历史价值和意义，引导社会公众了解世界文化遗产知识，从而主动参与佛光寺、五台山等文化遗产的保护；

Raising Awareness of World Cultural Heritage Protection: Enhancing volunteers' understanding and awareness of preservation of the Foguang Temple and other World Heritage sites through training, hands-on work and promotional materials making/collection. Volunteers will act as ambassadors, promoting the temple's historical value and significance, guiding the public to understand World Cultural Heritage - hence to encouraging active participation in safeguarding sites like the Foguang Temple and Mount Wutai.

身体力行的实地工作：

协助佛光寺工作人员开展文物保护、志愿讲解、游客秩序维持及周边不可移动文物资料收集整理等实地工作，深入参与国保日常一线工作，身体力行了解及保护“中国古建第一国宝”及周边文物；

Hands-on Practical Work: Assisting the staff with cultural relic protection, volunteer guiding, visitor management and documentation of surrounding immovable cultural heritages. Volunteers will deeply engage in the daily front-line work of protecting this "National Treasure of Chinese Ancient Architecture" and surrounding rare cultural relics.

遗产保护相关知识技能培训：

志愿活动期间，山西省古建院及科城研究院将联合邀请国内相关领域顶尖专家开展专题讲座及培训。组织方还将开展口述史整理方法、古建营造等多个工作坊，为志愿者提供知识技能提升机会。

Training in Heritage Protection Knowledge and Skills: During 10 days of the project, the organizers will invite top experts in ancient architecture to conduct lectures and training sessions. Workshops on oral history documenting methods, ancient building assembly, etc. will be organized, providing opportunities for academic enrichment and skill development.

招募要求

Requirements

志愿营时间为2025年7月3日——13日，招募30人。

The Volunteer camp will be held from July 3 - 13, 2025, with 30 volunteers.

1. 年龄15-55周岁之间，身体健康，无任何风险疾病，热爱传统古建筑，愿意为文化遗产保护日常工作奉献力量；

1. Aged 15-55,in good health with no conditions posing potential health risks, with passion for architectural heritage conservation.

2. 善于沟通与协作，具有一定的亲和力，能够与游客、周边社区居民进行交流；

2. Good at communication and engaging with visitors and local communities.

3. 具备团队合作意识与组织纪律性，能够与团队共同出色完成各类志愿工作，有参与过相关志愿服务项目经验的人员优先考虑；

3. Team-oriented mindset and discipline - able to conduct a variety of voluntary tasks. Preference will be given to those with relevant volunteer experience.

4. 请于2025年6月24日前，向项目组邮箱sxkecheng@163.com递交报名申请表，申请表（扫描下方二维码下载）主要包含个人信息与志愿陈述（约500字左右），项目组将组织筛选工作；

The successful candidates will be informed by the organizer after thorough evaluations of all applications.

5. 志愿者筛选主要包括申请书初筛、线上面试、专家评审等环节，项目组将于6月28日前告知最终申请结果。

5. Volunteer selection consists of initial application selection, online interviews and expert reviews. Final application results will be announced by June 28th.

营费说明

Fee Instruction

本次志愿项目中涉及的策划与调研、前期工作人员劳务、志愿者保险及专家差旅等费用由项目组承担。由于佛光寺地处佛光山中，距离最近的豆村镇约5公里，生活服务基础设施及交通便利程度有限。项目期间，豆村镇往返佛光寺均需乘车。基于上述原因，志愿者需要自行承担项目开展过程中的住宿、餐食、交通等必要费用。

The program organizers will cover the costs related to activity planning, pre-project preparation, volunteer insurance and expert travel expenses throughout the project. Since the Foguang Temple is situated in the Foguang Mountain—approximately 5 km from the nearest Doucun Town, where daily amenities and transportation options are limited—transportation between Doucun Town and the temple site everyday is required. Therefore, volunteers need to bear necessary expenses for accommodation, meals and local transportation.
