Gaoping Lu Silk: Rekindling Brilliance on the Silk Road

潞绸是中国三大名绸之一，历史上曾与杭缎、蜀锦齐名。高平作为潞绸的重要产地，其生产技艺从未间断。1958年，高平丝织印染厂的成立将潞绸制品推向更高档次，其真丝双绉、织锦被面等产品在全国丝织业中名列前茅，并出口世界各地。近年来，潞绸更是频频亮相国际舞台：2024年，在中法建交60周年之际，高平潞安府潞绸集团亮相“中国高平非遗巴黎见面会”；2025年，潞绸再次登上巴黎名媛舞会，向世界展示山西非遗工艺的独特魅力。

Gaoping, as a major production area of Lu silk, has never interrupted its production techniques. In 1958, the establishment of the Gaoping Silk Printing and Dyeing Factory elevated Lu silk products to a higher level, with its high-end varieties such as pure silk crepe de chine, brocade, and satin quilt covers ranking among the best in China’s silk industry and being exported worldwide. In recent years, Lu silk has frequently appeared on the international stage: in 2024, during the 60th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations, Gaoping Lu’anfu Lu Silk Group made its debut at the "China Gaoping Intangible Cultural Heritage Paris Exhibition"; in 2025, Lu silk will once again grace the Paris Debutante Ball, showcasing the unique charm of Shanxi’s intangible cultural heritage to the world.

盂县永恒工艺厂是一家拥有20多年历史的外贸型企业，专注于工艺蝴蝶系列产品的制作。走进其样品室，仿佛置身于“爱丽丝仙境”——布质、麻质、纸质、塑料和水晶制成的蝴蝶栩栩如生，与羽毛装饰、动物造型和花卉摆饰相映成趣，营造出“鸟鸣蝶舞”的生动景象。目前，该厂的产品涵盖工艺蝴蝶、工艺鸟、昆虫等五大系列两千多个品种，远销欧美亚20多个国家和地区，年产值超过1000万元。

在广灵县巧娘宫手工编织合作社，一根根柳条和蒲草经过“巧娘”们的巧手加工，化身为篮筐、茶几、宠物窝等工艺品。合作社的千余名“巧娘”将濒临失传的传统编织技艺发展为年销售额超1100万元的产业，产品远销美国、日本、英国等20多个国家和地区。这一产业不仅让传统技艺得以延续，更为当地妇女提供了就业机会，成为乡村振兴的典范。

At Guangling County’s Qiaoniangong Handicraft Weaving Cooperative, willow branches and cattails are transformed into baskets, coffee tables, pet nests, and other handicrafts by the deft hands of its "skilled women." The cooperative’s over a thousand "qiaoniang" (skilled women) have turned a nearly lost traditional weaving technique into an industry with annual sales exceeding 11 million yuan, exporting their products to more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
