Shanxi Launches Two New International Flight Routes to Accelerate the Opening-Up of Its Air Channels

为持续拓宽入境游客源渠道，加快打造太原区域性国际枢纽功能，山西省近期连续开通两条重要国际航线，进一步推动全省高水平对外开放。

To continuously expand inbound tourist sources and enhance Taiyuan’s role as a regional international hub, Shanxi Province recently launched two important international flight routes, further promoting high-level opening-up.

太原直飞韩国首尔航线：每周两班，互免签政策助推跨境游

Taiyuan–Seoul Direct Flight: Two Weekly Round Trips, Mutual Visa-Free Policies to Boost Cross-Border Tourism

9月16日，太原武宿国际机场将正式开通太原直飞韩国首尔国际航线。该航线由吉祥航空执飞，每周二、六各一班。具体航班时刻为：太原至首尔HO1569航班15:00起飞，18:15抵达；首尔至太原HO1570航班19:15起飞，20:40抵达（以上均为当地时间）。单程飞行时长约2.5小时。开航期间推出特惠机票，太原—首尔单程含税999元起，首尔—太原单程含税899元起。

On September 16, Taiyuan Wusu International Airport will officially launch a direct international flight route to Seoul, South Korea. Operated by Juneyao Air, the flight will be available every Tuesday and Saturday. The specific schedule is as follows: Flight HO1569 from Taiyuan to Seoul departs at 15:00 and arrives at 18:15; Flight HO1570 from Seoul to Taiyuan departs at 19:15 and arrives at 20:40 (all times local). The one-way flight duration is approximately 2.5 hours. Special launch fares start at CNY 999 (tax included) for Taiyuan–Seoul and CNY 899 (tax included) for Seoul–Taiyuan.

此次开通的太原—首尔航线是我省继大同之后第二条直飞韩国的航线，两个过境免签适用入境口岸形成国际互联互通。值得一提的是，韩国政府宣布自2025年9月29日至2026年6月30日，对中国团体游客实施临时入境免签政策，这一利好政策将显著提升中国游客赴韩意愿。同时，山西对包括韩国在内的55国公民实施240小时过境免签政策，为韩国游客来晋提供极大便利。

This new route is the second direct flight from Shanxi to South Korea after the Datong–Seoul route, forming an internationally connected network with two transit visa-free entry ports. It is worth noting that the South Korean government has announced a temporary visa-free policy for Chinese group tourists from September 29, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This favorable policy is expected to significantly increase Chinese tourists’ willingness to travel to South Korea. At the same time, Shanxi offers a 144-hour transit visa-free policy to citizens of 55 countries, including South Korea, providing great convenience for Korean tourists visiting Shanxi.

太原经武汉至马来西亚吉隆坡航线：中转东南亚新选择，四班每周便捷往来

中国东方航空将于9月10日开通太原经武汉至马来西亚吉隆坡的定期往返航线。该航线去程班期为每周一、三、五、日，回程为每周一、二、四、六。MU859航班21:00从太原起飞，次日凌晨4:30抵达吉隆坡；MU860航班5:30从吉隆坡起飞，13:10抵达太原。该航线将显著便利山西、湖北及周边地区旅客往来马来西亚及东南亚，进一步促进三地间的经贸合作与人文交流。
