In June 2025, Shanxi Daizhou Yellow Rice Wine Brewing Co., Ltd. achieved a historic milestone as its dry-style “Huyuan” yellow rice wine passed inspection by Xinzhou Customs and was successfully exported to Japan. 此次出口的“滹源”黄酒,取名自代县境内的滹沱河源头,寓意“酒以载道”的文化使命。其酿造过程极为考究,采用五台山优质山泉为水源,精选“中国黍米之乡”繁峙县的大黄米,精米抛光率达100%。遵循古法,立冬时节开始酿造,发酵120天以上,全程无添加,成就“原色、原味、原度”的高端干型黄酒。酒体馥郁柔和,口感清爽纯正,余韵悠长,完美展现了北方黍米黄酒的独特风味。

The exported “Huyuan” yellow rice wine takes its name from the source of the Hutuo River in Daixian County, symbolizing its mission to “convey culture through wine.” The brewing process exemplifies meticulous craftsmanship, employing premium spring water from Wutai Mountain and selecting top-grade large yellow millet from Fanshi County - known as “China's Millet Homeland” - with 100% polished grains. Following ancient methods, fermentation begins on the first day of winter and continues for over 120 days, resulting in a completely additive-free, premium dry yellow rice wine that maintains its original color, flavor, and strength. The wine presents rich yet mellow aromas characteristic of millet-based yellow rice wine, with a refreshingly pure taste and remarkably long finish.

山西代州黄酒酿造股份有限公司以“做中国高端黄酒”为目标,投资10亿元打造500亩生态酿酒厂区,并与江南大学、中国农业大学共建联合研究中心,形成现代化科研团队。通过专业酿酒师、无菌灌装线、恒温储酒库及万亩有机黍米种植基地,公司将传统工艺提升至国际标准,为产品品质保驾护航。

With the ambition to “produce China’s premium yellow rice wine,” Shanxi Daizhou Yellow Rice Wine Brewing Co., Ltd. has invested 1 billion yuan to establish a 500-acre eco-friendly brewery. These honors not only affirm its exceptional quality but also highlight the cultural value and market potential of Daizhou yellow rice wine.
