2024年8月29日,山西平遥兆阳食品科技有限公司生产的1680千克锅巴经晋阳海关检验合格,顺利出口日本,实现了山西锅巴出口“零”的突破。这些锅巴采用传统蒸煮工艺,大米含量超过90%,口味丰富多样,包括孜然、川香麻辣、韩式酱香等。这不仅是一次产品的出口,更是山西传统小吃工艺与现代食品工业结合的典范,为山西零食走向世界打开了新局面。

On August 29, 2024, 1,680 kilograms of rice crust produced by Shanxi Pingyao's Zhaoyang Food Technology Co., Ltd. passed inspection by Jinyang Customs and were successfully exported to Japan, marking Shanxi’s first-ever rice crust export and achieving a "zero" breakthrough. These rice crusts are made using traditional steaming and frying techniques, with a rice content exceeding 90%. They come in a variety of flavors, including cumin, Sichuan spicy, and Korean-style savory. This export is not just about selling a product—it represents the fusion of Shanxi’s traditional snack-making techniques with modern food industry standards, paving the way for more Shanxi snacks to enter the global market.

2025年2月7日,山西平遥油茶首次跨越大洋,1067千克油茶经晋阳海关检验合格后成功出口加拿大。平遥油茶由五谷杂粮和多种坚果炒制而成,其历史可追溯至一千多年前,是晋商文化的重要代表之一。此次出口不仅让海外消费者品尝到了山西的传统风味,也让晋商文化的精髓随着油茶的香气飘向更远的地方。

On February 7, 2025, Shanxi’s Pingyao oil tea crossed the oceans for the first time, with 1,067 kilograms passing customs inspection in Canada. Pingyao oil tea is made from roasted grains and mixed nuts, with a history stretching back over a thousand years. It is a culinary emblem of Jin merchant culture. This export not only introduces international consumers to Shanxi’s traditional flavors but also carries the essence of Jin merchant heritage to distant shores.
