山西,这片黄土高原上的沃土,凭借独特的地理环境和气候条件,孕育出了众多优质水果。近年来,山西的水果不仅在国内市场备受青睐,更以其卓越的品质走出国门,远销海外。2024年,山西水果出口量再创新高,前11个月共出口8774批次、14.4万吨,同比增长38.6%和3.8%,销往全球78个国家和地区。

Shanxi, a fertile land on the Loess Plateau, has nurtured numerous high-quality fruits thanks to its unique geographical environment and climatic conditions. In recent years, Shanxi’s fruits have not only gained popularity in the domestic market but have also made their way overseas with their exceptional quality. In 2024, the export volume of Shanxi fruits reached a new high, with 8,774 batches and 144,000 tons exported in the first 11 months, marking year-on-year increases of 38.6% and 3.8%, respectively, and reaching 78 countries and regions worldwide.

Linfen: The "Jewel of Fruits" on the Loess Plateau

临汾是国家农业部门规划的苹果优势产业区,海拔800-1200米的高原环境,光照充足,昼夜温差大,为水果生长提供了得天独厚的条件。

Linfen is designated as an advantageous apple production zone by China’s agricultural authorities. The high-altitude environment of 800–1,200 meters, abundant sunlight, and significant temperature differences between day and night provide ideal conditions for fruit cultivation.

1.苹果“很大”

1.Apples: "Big and Sweet"

临汾的“冰糖心”红富士苹果以其个大、脆甜、汁多而闻名。2024年11月,30余吨红富士苹果从临汾启程,远赴加拿大多伦多,抢占圣诞和新年市场。蒲县作为临汾的优质果品产区,近年来培育了“蒲香红”“寒富”等全国金奖苹果品种,其中“被子垣苹果”已获得有机认证。2024年11月28日,蒲县苹果首次出口尼泊尔,出口量达53080斤,果径均为65mm-75mm的优质红富士。

The "Honeycore" Red Fuji apples from Linfen are renowned for their large size, crisp texture, and juicy sweetness. In November 2024, over 30 tons of Red Fuji apples were shipped from Linfen to Toronto, Canada, targeting the Christmas and New Year markets. Puxian County, a premium fruit-producing area in Linfen, has cultivated award-winning apple varieties such as "Puxiang Red" and "Hanfu," with the "Beiziyuan Apple" achieving organic certification. On November 28, 2024, Puxian apples were exported to Nepal for the first time, with a shipment of 53,080 jin (approximately 26.5 tons) of premium Red Fuji apples measuring 65–75 mm in diameter.
