2. Pears: "Crisp and Fragrant"

隰县的玉露香梨是山西水果的另一张名片。它以库尔勒香梨为母本、雪花梨为父本杂交培育而成，肉质细嫩、无渣、香甜可口。2024年，隰县玉露香梨种植面积达23万亩，栽培和挂果规模均为全国第一。同年9月12日，一批玉露香梨首次出口加拿大，标志着其品牌战略的全面升级。

The Yulu fragrant pear from Xixian County is another flagship product of Shanxi. A hybrid of the Korla fragrant pear (mother) and the Snow pear (father), it boasts tender flesh, a sweet taste, and no residue. In 2024, the cultivation area of Yulu fragrant pears in Xixian reached 230,000 mu (approximately 15,333 hectares), ranking first in China in terms of both cultivation and fruiting scale. On September 12, 2024, a batch of Yulu fragrant pears was exported to Canada, marking a milestone in the brand’s global expansion.

Yuncheng: The "Orchard of the North" Expands Globally

运城位于北纬35度水果生产“黄金带”，素有“中国北方百果园”之称。这里的水果种类丰富，从草莓、樱桃到油桃、葡萄，四季不断。

Located on the golden fruit-growing belt at 35°N latitude, Yuncheng is known as the "Orchard of Northern China." Its diverse fruit offerings, from strawberries and cherries to nectarines and grapes, ensure a year-round harvest.  

1.油桃“品种多”

万安镇是华北地区最大的连片油桃种植基地，种植规模达3.6万余亩。自1994年引进油桃种植以来，现已形成早、中、晚3大系列、20多个成熟品种。万安油桃以其香脆可口、果香浓郁的特点，深受国内外市场欢迎。

Wan’an Town is renowned as the "Land of Nectarines," with a cultivation area of over 36,000 mu (approximately 2,400 hectares), making it the largest contiguous nectarine production base in North China. Since introducing nectarine cultivation in 1994, the town has developed three series (early, mid, and late-season) and more than 20 mature varieties. Wan’an nectarines are celebrated for their crisp texture and rich aroma, earning them a strong reputation in domestic and international markets.

2024年4月17日，运城临猗县的鲜杏首次出口俄罗斯，出口量达5428公斤。这批鲜杏经运城海关严格检验检疫后顺利通关，成为山西省鲜杏出口的“破冰之旅”。
